Simply Madness

Simply Madness

Simply Madness

How many times
must this madness be done
before they sort out the laws
about who owns the guns

The madness surrounds us
of this I am clear
A twisted young mind
causing so many tears

They are mentally ill
is what they all say
They have stole someone’s life
and for this they must pay

Being mentally ill
is not an excuse
to cause havoc and terror
and inflict such abuse

Yes we should help them
and their minds we should mend
then they should serve
their sentence to the end

These innocent little children
sent of to school
To not return home
nothing more cruel

Lots of presents
under their tree
that these beautiful young angels
now never will see

He shot his own mum
no boundaries he had
is he ill?
Or is he just bad?

How many times
must this madness be done
before they sort out the laws
about who owns the guns
